World’s Most Exclusive Residential Yacht Community to be Exhibited at MYS.
Ulyssia Residences and its build partner Meyer Werft will show their boats at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024 for the first time.
Visitors to Europe's best yacht show will be able to look at a scale model of the 320-meter/1,050 beauty at an exhibit co-hosted with Meyer Werft at the German shipyard's usual stand position.
Frank Binder, who lives in Monaco, wants ULYSSIA to be the world's most exclusive private yacht community. It will have 132 homes and 22 guest rooms. Espen Øino, a famous naval engineer, created it, and FM Architettura will design the insides. Meyer Werft will build it.
There will be people from both the Ulyssia Residences and Meyer Werft teams at the Monaco Yacht Show all four days to meet people who want to live there and answer questions about this innovative project.
Frank Binder, Founder and Chairman of Ulyssia Residences, says: “As a Monaco resident who has been attending the Monaco Yacht Show for many years, it is a great pleasure to be exhibiting ULYSSIA alongside Meyer Werft at this year’s renewal.
“The vision for ULYSSIA is a unique lifestyle on a residential yacht that travels the world. This is floating real estate. But it's much more than that—it's about the lifestyle that we're offering, the possibility to discover the world without leaving home, within a community of people that you will find nowhere else. We'll enable owners to give back as we travel, wherever we see there's need, and we’ll use the yacht as a platform to do ocean conservation work.”
Lars Kruse, Head of Sales and Design, Meyer Werft, comments: “We are happy to exhibit together with Ulyssia at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024 to exhibit this outstanding concept we are developing in close collaboration together with the Ulyssia team, Espen Øino International, and FM Architettura.”
