CRAVAN; An Unexpected and Inspired Cocktail Venue in the Heart of Paris.

In the centre of the famous and literary Parisian quarter, Moët Hennessy has announced the debut of CRAVAN, a distinctive venue honouring French art de vivre, outstanding cocktails, and culture.

The newest project in the field of opulent hospitality and elegant drinks from Moët Hennessy is CRAVAN. CRAVAN is a real hidden gem that relies on decades of expertise from Moët Hennessy's Maisons in creating amazing experiences for customers throughout the globe.

Ramy Fischler, a Belgian designer, renovated a magnificent typical 17th-century Parisian building and dedicated five floors to the expression of the CRAVAN art de vivre. Customers will be able to enjoy a variety of settings tomorrow at three cocktail bars and a Rizzoli bookstore that CRAVAN has carefully selected. The settings in these works of art, fashion, film, or literature are their inspiration. During balmy summer nights, films will be shown in a private, by invitation-only atelier and little French kiosk located on the building's rooftop.

Moët Hennessy offers its own perspective on hospitality, culture, and cocktail-making with both Parisians and foreign tourists through CRAVAN. Also, CRAVAN plays a key role in creating a new, upgraded drink experience that allows businesses to communicate directly with customers.

Philippe Schaus, Chairman and CEO of Moët Hennessy said: “It is with great pride that we open today the doors of CRAVAN, bringing to life Moët Hennessy’s mission: crafting experiences. I am delighted to start welcoming our guests at the heart of historical literary neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, inviting them to step into the unique and singular universe of CRAVAN. Celebrating epicureanism through a sustainable, lasting and inspired approach of hospitality, CRAVAN is a strategic milestone in Moët Hennessy’s ambition to lead the future of luxury wines and spirits.”

Also, CRAVAN tells the tale of a chance meeting and partnership between Moët Hennessy and Franck Audoux, the creator and artistic director of CRAVAN who has transitioned from historian to renowned restaurant and cocktail specialist. While Moët Hennessy contributes its enormous understanding of premium art de vivre and renowned wines and spirits, Franck Audoux provides his expertise in the Parisian hospitality industry and his distinctive, scientifically and poetically based approach to creating cocktails. Due to this cooperation, CRAVAN is much more than just a bar; it is primarily a gathering space where people can interact, think, discuss, taste, and rejoice.

In that vein, CRAVAN's team of craftsmen behind the bar are the heart and soul of the company. The free-spirited former artisans who have retrained as mixologists are making it their goal to make sure guests always feel welcome.

CRAVAN, 165 boulevard Saint-Germain, Paris 6e. Open Tuesay-Saturday from 5 pm to 2 am.
