The Ferretti Group's Strategic Product Committee and the Group's Engineering Department worked together to design this boat, which measures more than 13 metres in length. In contrast to the blue of the dashboard, the interiors have an obvious predominance of white, including white lacquered wood, Venetian blinds, and teak floors. This provides a significant amount of brightness to the surroundings, which is further contributed to by the wide windows that are there. On request, the boat can be outfitted with either one or two guest cabins, while the owner's cabin, which is furnished with a double bed in the middle, is found in the forward portion of the boat. In the version with two cabins, the dinette on the left can be transformed into two comfortable beds, the galley is located on the right, and the second cabin is located in the aft portion of the boat. A pair of Cummins 550 mhp engines power the Itama 45 S, enabling the boat to travel at a top speed of 33 knots. 140 additional horse power in comparison to the previous edition, in engines with a more compact shape that allow a significant amount of space on board for technical equipment. Both the Itama 62 and the Itama 45 S include separator filters that are fitted in the air intakes to offer the highest possible level of engine protection.
