At the 2024 World Golf Awards, the La Réserve Golf Links at Heritage Resorts & Golf in Mauritius was awarded the title of World's Best New Golf Course. Additionally, the resort's Heritage Le Telfair, which is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, was awarded the title of Indian Ocean's Best Golf Hotel for the second consecutive year.

The World Golf Awards accolades solidify Heritage Resorts & Golf's standing as a World Top 25 and a destination that is a must-visit for discerning international golfers. These accolades coincide with the first anniversary of the only contemporary links in the Indian Ocean and two decades of success as the region's only resort with 45 holes.

The renowned course architect Peter Matkovich, who was awarded the title of Golf Course Architect of the Year at the World Golf Awards, and the former Open Champion Louis Oosthuizen, who won the first-ever DP World Tour AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open 2023, which was held on the GEO Certified development, collaborated on the design of La Réserve Golf Links, which is an experience that is pure golfing drama.

The architects worked with the site, which was formerly sugarcane fields and is close to a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, to create a strategic, undulating course that plays in the classic links style with running fairways, pot bunkers, and tall grasses. The vast open spaces of the great seaside links served as inspiration for the architects.

Two courses that are part of the DP World Tour, including the Le Chateau Golf Course, which has been voted the Best Golf Course in the Indian Ocean nine times, a nine-hole short course, and a Leadbetter Golf Academy, as well as two beach hotels that are rated five stars, Heritage Resorts & Golf is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after golf destinations in the world.
