Sinot Yacht at DIBS: Say hello to the BEACH Family
Three unique superyachts in the BEACH concept from Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design range in length from 77 to 99 meters. Future owners will have access to a range of yacht sizes as well as the chance to manage numerous yachts as a family or group of friends thanks to this idea, which was created in honour of this year's Dubai International Boat Show.
Design Vision BEACH
At the beach, you live in the present, follow the tides, and embrace the outdoors. It’s enough to bring about a feeling of tranquillity and revitalization. Designer Sander Sinot: "We named our new design concept BEACH, reflecting the clear connection with outdoor living and the idea of being close to the water in perfect harmony with the aquatic environment." Each superyacht in the BEACH range has different functional options available in the general arrangement, allowing owners to have a perfect match depending on their lifestyle and preferences. Sinot: "The beach theme is the basis for the interior style, while individual customization allows for a personal touch. Options and customization ensure private exclusivity for each yacht."
Next level yacht design
The superyachts in the BEACH family represent the next evolution in luxury and adaptability. Where privacy, functionality, and luxury are paramount, owners can select the ideal superyacht or, if they so choose, several superyachts. The BEACH yacht series' design philosophy is modern yacht architecture. In addition to the sculptural hull and clean lines, the building is simple and open. Due to the floor-to-ceiling glass façades, the balustrades are transparent, and there is an all-encompassing connection to the sea, a design feature that Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is praised for. The aft deck beach, which includes an embedded infinity pool and stairs that lead down to the sea, is the culmination of the expansive exterior decks. The swim platform, which is beam wide, provides access to the ocean and serves as a mooring point for watercraft and limousine tenders. Sander Sinot: "A common theme of the BEACH series is the connection between the interior and exterior spaces aft. From the main lounge to the aft beach deck and on to the full beam beach club with fold-down hatches both on starboard and portside, there is a seamless transition to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and relish quality time with family and friends."
A contemporary and refreshing approach to yacht interiors
With full-beam forward owner's state rooms, convertible cinema lounges, and numerous VIP and guest cabins, the BEACH 77, 88, and 99 superyachts meet contemporary standards. All yachts in the BEACH series have an airy, open layout that optimises the available space and gives them a light, airy feel. The interior design is unpretentious, informal, and open to unique accents in art, furnishings, and colour, catering to an owner's individual preferences. A central core setup within the owner's area provides for a free walk-around inside the glass façade, and the position of the owner's state room can be adjusted along with the position of the wheelhouse. Depending on the needs, there are VIP and guest rooms with various options for spa, gym, and beauty services.

The exceptional furniture items, which combine refined natural and reclaimed materials with a seamless integration of technology, will provide comfort to the owner and visitors.
Owner’s State Room: Openness and freedom
The owner's stateroom is located in the front portion of the owner's deck on the BEACH superyacht series, where it enjoys the best views and maximum privacy. The owner's state room is entirely custom-designed and meticulously crafted from truly sustainable natural materials, from the bed design and accessories to the chairs and rug. Inside the full height glass façade, on either side of the head-rest wall, are stunning walk-through passageways that link the state chamber to the owner's bathrooms, his and her dressing areas, and more. The owner's deck is created specifically for him or her and their loved ones to sail in complete privacy and in the utmost luxury. It is intended for the owner's sole use. Ample storage space is provided by his and her dressing units on the port and starboard sides, and the roomy baths have a minimalist, casual-yet-luxurious design.
Floor-to-ceiling windows all around the deck improve the inside-outside link and give off a fantastic sense of openness and freedom. The exterior forward platform has a sizable jacuzzi and a separate seating area for sunbathing.
Main Lounge: Shared relaxation
The main deck area, which serves as the entrance to the aft beach deck, is where visitors, family, and friends congregate to get ready for another day of leisure on board a BEACH superyacht. The glass balustrade and full height glass façade provide breathtaking panoramic ocean vistas. The lounge's tranquil atmosphere makes it perfect for sharing special moments with loved ones and establishing the lounge as a true gathering place of the yacht in an ambiance of genuine hospitality.
Beach Club: Enjoy quality time.
The Beach Club is on the lower level of the BEACH superyacht series. It can be used for many different things. It is a special social place to enjoy the company of family and friends because it has direct access to the exterior aft beach platform with an infinity pool, sunbeds, and loungers, as well as the main deck lounge. It's the ideal location to relax and socialise before and after participating in water activities, working out, getting pampered, or just having fun. It enables bigger groups to board and take full advantage of the water, whether they are from the shore or other yachts.

All ideas share the trait of fusing exceptional and cutting-edge design elements with tried-and-true methods. Every idea is also prepared for construction. A stepped aft deck with a sizable pool unites the BEACH 77, BEACH 88, and BEACH 99 designs and seamlessly links the main deck to the water. All of the yachts in the series have generous outdoor rooms on all decks and unique exterior designs that are tasteful and classic.
Every yacht in the collection features cutting-edge and useful design elements. The upper deck cabins and lounges have full-height glass façades for open ocean vistas, and overall ceiling heights have been maximised to ensure spacious interiors. Smart and efficient design choices were made for the layout, furniture placement, and sightlines, maximising the use of every square metre of interior area.
