READY-TO-ENJOY COCKTAILS DESIGNED FOR A THOUGHTFUL LIFESTYLE
Jennifer Lopez has announced the launch of her new firm, THE HOUSE OF DELOLA LLC, which will produce and distribute signature, mixology-level ready-to-enjoy cocktails created for easy, elegant entertaining as part of a mindful lifestyle. Delola's premium spirit-based, full-flavored, handmade cocktails are produced with natural botanicals, have fewer calories and are gluten-free. They come in elegant glass bottles that are easy to open, pour over ice, and serve to guests.
The debut offering, "DELOLA SPRITZ," comes in three distinct concoctions: Full-bodied and flavorful, the BELLA BERRY SPRITZ is a blend of berries, hibiscus, and premium vodka. It has hints of red berries, hibiscus, and citrus. Grapefruit, elderflower, and top-shelf tequila come together to create a sophisticated Paloma called a PALOMA ROSA SPRITZ. And the L'ORANGE SPRITZ, a tribute to the Italian spritzes that combines the sweetness of orange and passionfruit with the sharpness of premium amaro. In April, Delola will begin rolling out to select luxury grocery and alcohol stores, restaurants, and bars in 750 ml and 375 ml premium embossed glass bottles. The business will begin operations in the US and eventually spread around the world.
Jennifer maintains a healthy work-life balance by making time for friends and family in between her many commitments. Lola is a long-standing nickname for Jennifer that portrays her lighter, more carefree side and is perfect for when she wants to relax with her pals. Jennifer "Lola" enjoys a drink of rosé, champagne, or a light cocktail for these occasions. She finds that spritzes and the Italian seaside are the perfect combination for a relaxing vacation. Jennifer was motivated to create her own invigorating and savoury spritzes, which are spirit-based drinks made with natural botanicals and about as much alcohol as a glass of wine, but contain no artificial colours or sweeteners like standard spritzes. Delola is something she can relax with and serve to guests without compromising her refined sensibilities.
Ms. Lopez stated, "I love entertaining and to relax and unwind with friends, but never found a drink that was right for me. I was in search of something that I could enjoy that fit the thoughtful way that I live my life. When I didn't find it, I decided to create Delola. My goals were better ingredients, better taste, fewer calories than traditional cocktails, and one simple pour. Something easy, fun, fresh and delicious. I knew that if I was looking, others were too. Delola gives people the freedom to enjoy – free from the cutting, squeezing, and mixing, free from the stress of entertaining, free to make ordinary moments extraordinary. Each one is bottled up in a beautiful glass bottle and ready to serve. Just pour over ice and enjoy. I started this journey two years ago and I'm so excited to finally share Delola with the world."
With the help of drinks industry experts Ken Austin and Jenna Fagnan and her manager and business partner Benny Medina, Jennifer began creating Delola in 2020. Jennifer enlisted the help of Lynnette Marrero, a world-renowned mixologist, to create these special drinks. Due to her expertise in creating the best handmade cocktails in the world, Lynnette was named "World's Best Barman" in 2021 by her peers from around the globe. Jennifer and the rest of the Delola team are also working on establishing a scholarship programme to provide financial assistance to deserving women so that they can pursue higher education.

Jennifer art directed the stunning labels for the Delola bottles, which include lions and ivy vines and have an embossed design that was inspired by the crest of the Bronx, Jennifer's hometown. Together, Jennifer and Lynnette came up with a list of Jennifer's favourite flavours that also work well with food.
