In the heart of Asheville's bohemian downtown, Fever-Tree, the world's largest maker of luxury tonics, gingers, and cocktail mixers, will build a new rooftop botanical bar in collaboration with the acclaimed Chemist Spirits. This is Fever-First Tree's partnership with a distillery, and the rooftop event will be held inside the distillery's three-story prohibition era-themed bar, Antidote.
The rooftop bar's outdoor setting evokes the sights, sounds, tastes, and smells of a secluded botanical garden for a really immersive experience. Cocktail enthusiasts may relax against the tranquil backdrop of lush blooms, green live herbs, and breathtaking rooftop views while sipping exquisitely presented, premium hand-crafted mixed cocktails from Fever-Tree and Chemist Spirits.
The curated drinks menu brings to life Fever-Tree's mantra, "if ¾ of your drink is the mixer, mix with the best", demonstrating the brand's philosophy of never compromising when it comes to creating the best tasting mixers to enhance the world's best spirits.

Until the fall, the colourful Fever-Tree Botanical Bar will be located in the Antidote bar at Chemist Spirits, which is noted for its antique furnishings, vast cocktail menu, and attractive speakeasy ambience. There is a hanging bench swing, soft lighting, shady umbrellas, and sometimes even live performances on the weekends.
