Traditional Japanese meals showcase the craftsmanship of Japanese cuisine in a contemporary, elegant setting with an open kitchen and sushi bar, using fresh Mediterranean ingredients sourced from nearby organic farms.

Guests have the option to enjoy Chef Falser's exquisitely prepared cuisine paired with a variety of wines for €262.50 per person, or they may choose to enjoy the food without the wine pairing for €178.50 per person.
