The new Dynamiq Global 550, an ultra-modern, anywhere-you-want-to-go explorer with a taste for understated elegance, will make its debut at the Monaco Yacht Show. This 55-metre superyacht is a fantastic alternative to other boats of its kind on the market, and it completely reimagines the concept of limitless world travel.

With its sturdy and lightweight all-aluminium hull and two extremely efficient 625 kW Volvo Penta heavy-duty engines, this boat sets a new bar for efficiency since it can easily exceed 5,000 nm in range on a single tank of fuel, more than double the range of the average transatlantic crossing. She is extremely self-sufficient, with 21,000 litres of fresh water storage and a plethora of other storage areas on board. The most cutting-edge amenities for passenger convenience are included in the standard. With four stabiliser fins instead of the standard two and a Hull Vane, the customer may enjoy remarkable pitch and roll reduction in any sea state. Smaller IMO Tier III engines and a battery system, along with cutting-edge exhaust gas and water filtering techniques, allow for a minimal impact on the environment.

The crow's nest observation lounge has the best views of any aboard the superyacht, but the telescope, underwater drones, and other instruments for studying the natural world are what really set this vessel apart. There is also a large owner's office/observation room on the front main deck, a spa with a hammam and sauna, and a fully approved commercial helipad. The fact that everything fits inside a 500 GT is very impressive.

An additional noteworthy aspect of this project is the debut of modern residential design firm ZROBIM architects, who have brought their expertise in land-based design to the realm of superyacht interior design.

ZROBIM architects' primary aim in designing for Dynamiq has been to toy with the concept of quiet luxury, which is predicated on the assumption that affluent customers have shifted their priorities and behaviour in favour of a greener, more sustainable way of living.

As a result, the architects at ZROBIM investigated "natural minimalism." American oak, wenge, and dark Shimo ash are only some of the natural materials that have been used in the design to prevent the interiors from being too sterile and clinical. The designers at ZROBIM aimed to make sure that even though the superyacht is built for long-term sailing in icy waters, its passengers would feel at home and connected to the planet no matter where they were.

The interior was designed to evoke the feeling of being within a glacier or high in the mountains. For instance, washbasins made from lighted Golden Queen onyx seem like a melting glacier when submerged. There is a wide variety of stone used throughout the interior; we focused on creating intricate colour-inlaid combinations using materials like Arabescato Orobico Grigio and Spider Green marbles.

Wall decor with textured wooden panels in a variety of forms and sizes creates visual interest and serves a practical purpose by dividing the boat into separate living areas. Full-height windows and spacious outdoor terraces overlooking the water match the surrounding landscape well, creating a seamless transition between the outside and interior of this ultra-modern, state-of-the-art maritime complex.

Dobroserdov Design of Monaco handled the exterior design, while Vripack Design, a long-time collaborator of Dynamiq, was in charge of the naval architecture and engineering to the highest Dutch standards. The 30-month build schedule for the Global 550 begins when the contract is signed. This superyacht has a listing price of 27,900,000 EUR until the end of 2023. It is BV-commercial and meets all REG requirements. This concept will have its international debut at the Dynamiq booth at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show.
