Aloft Singapore Novena, Set to be the Largest Aloft in the World.
To introduce the cutting-edge Aloft Hotels brand to Singapore, Marriott International announced that it has reached a deal with Hiap Hoe Limited through HH Properties Pte. Ltd. After a tactical conversion, the 785-room hotel is scheduled to open in Q3 2023, launching the Aloft brand in Singapore and becoming the biggest Aloft hotel in the world.

The two-tower Aloft Singapore Novena will be conveniently situated in Zhongshan Park, a mixed-use building in Balestier's cultural area. This neighbourhood, known for its rich history, is located along the Balestier Heritage Trail, surrounded by a variety of well-known local restaurants, and connected to the Healthcity Novena integrated, dynamic healthcare district.
Singapore-based DP Architects created the hotel's facade, which has simple, clear shapes and will blend in perfectly with Zhongshan Park's natural surroundings. Aloft Singapore Novena will display a lively ambiance consistent with the Aloft Hotels brand thanks to KKS International's aesthetic design of the hotel's interiors. Ultra-comfortable Sealy mattresses, personalised amenities, free high-speed Wi-Fi, 55-inch LCD televisions, and walk-in rainfall showers will all be available in the guestrooms.

The Aloft Singapore Novena offers a buffet restaurant with halal certification as well as a contemporary Chinese and local seafood restaurant.
The range of facilities available on the property will feature an outdoor pool, state-of-the-art gym. Business travellers can also plan to host meetings in the hotel's pillarless and modern event spaces.
