A Villa on the French Riviera Frequented by Princess Grace Kelly.

Les Moulins du Villars is a historically significant estate with ties to Grace Kelly that is situated in a breathtaking natural environment. The estate is located at a height of 470 metres on a 2.1-hectare property that faces south and is divided into 16 completely refurbished lawned terraces.

The property features streams of fresh springwater naturally throughout and breath-taking vistas. It is a refuge of absolute serenity because it is located in a nature reserve. The 600 square-metre estate has over 100 cypress trees, as well as olive orchards (which produce their own organic extra virgin oil), citrus, and several other fruit plants. Two vegetable gardens are also present.

In 2012, the main villa, which was formerly a mill for making olive oil and dates at least in part to the 14th century, underwent a complete reconstruction to the highest standards. A wine cellar, two living rooms, a kitchen and rear kitchen, four family bedroom suites, two guest suites (each with a terrace), one single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an office, a Bollywood-style television room, and a laundry room are all features of the 540-square-metre villa. It also has four floors that are connected by an elevator.

The villa is intended to be occupied all year. There are numerous other structures on the site in addition to the main home. The Sanctuary, a partially restored Roman ruin, has an old grain mill, an old industrial forge, and several old decorative fish ponds. Nowadays, it is used for gatherings including concerts, lectures, and celebrations. A beautiful two-room inn with modest facilities is called The Cabanon. The India guest suite offers luxurious lodging in a Rajastani setting and is located near the pool. A variety of activities are available on the property for recreation and fitness, including a stunning pool terrace with views of the Latti Valley and the hamlet of Gilette.

The estate has two springs that have never dried out, and the Latti River flows beneath the property, providing the estate with all the water it needs. The terrace features a 17x5-metre heated infinity pool with an OSPA drinking-water grade filtration system, a pool house, a sizable cool room, and other amenities. A storage space and a 67 square-metre workout studio with panoramic views are also there. The astroturf-covered tennis court and helicopter landing pad offer breathtaking views.

The property also has a tunnel to La Source du Villars, a gardener's equipment house with all the necessary tools, a four-car stone-built garage, a gardener's lodge, a room for storing bicycles, a large greenhouse, a chicken house, a pigeonnier housing heating equipment, and a security camera system that can be viewed and used remotely (iPhone, etc.). Although shockingly close to Monaco and Nice Airport, the home is incredibly secluded (50 minutes).
